The Function of the System

A systems approach is needed to better understand the function of our system. By looking at the whole system, the function of said system is clear and that is to provide privacy to customers that want to enjoy themselves in a a protected manner. If, per say, a customer needs lingerie purchased by personal shopper, then that client should be able to feel confident their purchase is Just Between Us. If a customer wants to go out for a fun, safe night on the town, Just Between Us is there to provide personal and private transportation that is not only reliable, but also discrete.

The Purpose of the System

The purpose of the system is to insure that every customer has the best private experience possible, each and every time that they use the company. The priority of the company is customer satisfaction and privacy, as it is a customer service organization.

The Specific Flow of the System

Self-regulation- Communication

The owners of the business communicate with the drivers/personal assistants and the drivers/personal assistants communicate with the customers. Additionally, the customers give a survey response at the end of their services that report back to the owners and drivers/personal assistants. This system allows for communication to and from all persons in the system.

Equilibrium

In an effort to maintain the equilibrium of the business, continuous synthesis analysis is completed by outside organizations. This insures the continued success of the business and looks at how the portions of the business impact the rest of the business.

Autopoiesis

Autopoiesis is maintained by the management looking at the internal complexity interacts within the environment. For example, the driver to driver pick up communication system is evaluated as it impacts driver satisfaction, which directly impacts their attitudes towards customers and customer satisfaction.

Equal finality/ Common Finality

Qual finality is used when the four portions of the business use separate methods to reach the same end. For example, the personal shopper and business shopper may utilize differing methods to provide products to the customer efficiently and cost effectively, yet their end product, customer satisfaction is the same.
